A minimum $75.00 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
Online courses may be refunded on a prorated schedule. The total cost of the course will be divided across the total modules in the course. For every incomplete module EnergyLogic will refund the amount of those modules less a $75.00 processing fee. For example, if a course costs $400 and there are 10 modules then each module costs $40.00. If five of the modules have been completed then the refund will be for $125.00 (5 remaining modules @ $40.00 is $200, less $75.00 processing fee results in a $125.00 refund).
Refunds for Field Training and RaterFest!
Cancellation & Transfer Policy: A cancellation or transfer request from each student must be submitted to EnergyLogic, Inc. in order for the request to be considered. These requests must be submitted here: email@example.com
Cancellations made over 30 days before the first day of the course will be refunded the amount received less a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the first day of the course will be refunded the amount received less a $150.00 processing fee. EnergyLogic will not refund field training fees for cancellations received less than 14 days before the first day of a course.
Transferring to another class is encouraged, but considered the same as cancelling a class when made less than 30 days before the first day of the course. The same fees will be assessed as above if transfers are made less than 30 days. Transfers must be completed within 6 months of the original training date.
There are no exceptions to this cancellation or transfer policy. Please understand, our classes are kept small to ensure quality instruction and it is difficult to replace a student at the last minute.
Refunds for Training from the Referral Program
All refunds for training purchased on the referral program will follow the rules and guidelines set above, and deducted the referral fee and discount awarded for that specific course.
