  • RESNET HERS Rater Training Combo - Phases 1 & 2

    The HERS Rater training combo package offers candidates seeking HERS Rater Certification an option to purchase both phases at a discounted price. The phase two live training date is selected by the student from any of the available scheduled offerings. Learn more >>

  • RESNET HERS Rater Training - Phase 1

    The first phase of HERS Rater training covers all the classroom knowledge of a HERS Rater with 24 self-paced modules. This course is the first step to becoming a certified HERS Rater. It is also applicable to professionals who want to understand the applied building science of home energy efficiency, but do not intend on becoming a certified HERS Rater. Learn more >>

  • RESNET HERS Rater Training - Phase 2

    The second phase of HERS Rater Training includes hands-on practice with inspection and diagnostic testing equipment required to perform a HERS Rating. This training program is for students who have completed our phase one course (or equivalent from elsewhere ) and intend on achieving certification.   • RESNET Rating Field Inspector Training

  • RESNET Exam Registration

    HERS® Rater Candidates must pass four RESNET® exams before moving forward with the probationary rating requirements for a HERS Rater certification.
